Levels

If you’re a beginner who wants to get more comfortable on trampwall, this workshop is for you! We will be learning the fundamentals of wall running and dropping in using safe, incremental progressions. To make the most of this workshop, it is recommended that you can do 10 or more consecutive back bounces (without returning to feet) on trampoline before attending. Trampoline shoes, grip socks, or wrestling shoes recommended.

If you can already run the face of the wall and want to take your skills to new heights, this workshop will be perfect for you! We will work on running to the top, different ways to drop in, and flips and tricks against the face of the wall, and progressions towards pullover and ballout to the ledge! Trampoline shoes, grip socks, or wrestling shoes required.

This workshop is ideal for anyone who can already run to the top of the wall and do some tricks against the face. We will work on bigger skills, pops, and flips to and from the top of the wall! Come level up your trampwall! Trampoline shoes or wrestling shoes required.

Vampire

This workshop focuses on one of the coolest tricks on Trampwall – the Vampire!

We will use drills on the floor, trampoline, the wall itself, and blocks (pending equipment availability) to understand the mechanics and learn to vampire in a safe, progressive way. Trampoline shoes or wrestling shoes required.
