Whether you’re finding your first balance or refining high-level control, each session offers clear progressions, expert guidance, and a focus on safe, effective technique. Build strength, alignment, and confidence as you turn your world upside down!

Never done a handstand before? No problem! This is the ideal handstand class for anyone who has always wanted to do a handstand but didn’t know where to start. We will use approachable progressions to get you upside down in no time!

If you can handstand (against the wall or freestanding) but want to level up your control and stay upside down longer, this is the workshop for you!

This workshop is great for people who can already do a freestanding handstand for 10 or more seconds- we will increase your strength, endurance, and control by experimenting with different shapes, entries, and challenges! This class will also work on press handstands and related arm balances.

Want to learn a one arm handstand? This workshop’s got you covered! This one is suitable for anyone who can consistently do a freestanding handstand for over 30 seconds- by the end of this class, you will have a clear understanding of how a one arm handstand works, how to train for it, and what it should feel like after being spotted!
